Looking for the perfect, easy, & refreshing snack? This is one of my long-time faves and it only requires 4 ingredients!
Making this really brought me back to my childhood.
It reminds me of hot summer days & relaxing by the pool 🙂
The great thing about this recipe is that you can customize it to your liking!
Ingredients:
- grapes (if making a large batch, I like to mix purple & green grapes)
- cilantro
- minced garlic
- lime juice
- salt & pepper to taste
To Make:
- wash & slice grapes in half (or into fourths if you have the time & like them smaller)
- wash & chop cilantro
- fresh lime juice is key! For this small batch I made pictured above, I used all the juice from a whole lime
- I added about a tablespoon of minced garlic to my batch. Add more or less depending on your liking!
- mix all ingredients together
- season to taste with salt and pepper
The most difficult part of this recipe is cutting all of the grapes… however, many hands make light work. My siblings and I would all grab a bunch of grapes and get chopping!
