Hi y’all! We are beyond thrilled to officially be Texas residents!
In case you’re a little confused, here is a post explaining why we moved.
Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers for our big move! If you haven’t seen it yet, I vlogged our entire 30 hours road trip on YouTube and you can click here to watch it!
The first thing I wanted to do is get a Christmas tree up ASAP before Christmas is here and gone before we know it!
Here is another picture of our cute little tree:
Here is a link to the tree we got — under $100!
I typically don’t handle change too well, but moving to Dallas was such a wonderful and unexpected change that it either hasn’t hit me yet or I’m just so happy about it that I’m up for the challenge of creating a new routine again. Probably a mix of both!
After both of our moves, I always get comments about how quickly we got everything situated. Truth is, I am such a homebody and can’t stand too much clutter that I am a speed demon when it comes to unpacking and making a house a home.
I despise clutter so much that Grant would joke when we were moving out that I kept “hiding” everything from him — A.K.A I was just putting everything away because I didn’t want see it on the counter! Even though we were moving the next day lol.
If you would like to see a rough draft/ unfinished apartment tour — it went live on my YouTube channel today!
Please send me all of your favorite Dallas recs!
Thanks for reading!
Snuffers is my favorite restaurant in Dallas!! They have the best burgers !
