As requested, here is the recipe for my favorite fall treat. I honestly love these more than a pumpkin treat, which is saying a lot for me!

As you can probably tell from the picture, Mississippi Spice Muffins are well-loved in our home.
These muffins remind me of when my three siblings and I were little, sitting at our kitchen counter, giggling and sprinkling powered sugar all over ourselves.

If you have a mini muffin tin, that’s the best way to make these.
I currently do not have one so I make them normal size, which it great too– just takes about 10 extra minutes to bake.
Side note: we usually double the recipe and save the batter in a Tupperware container in the refrigerator to pull out and pop in the oven whenever you want it. 🙂
