Hi y’all! I am so excited to have all of the finishing touches in place so I can finally share our Boston apartment with you!
Something to keep in mind as far as links: A lot of our pieces were either made or very old & have been recovered. However, I searched high and low and tried to find as similar of pieces as possible! 🙂
If you are looking for links for all of our bedroom things, check out this post!
Now, let’s get into it!
This is the view when you enter through the front door! Not pictured is our washer & dryer in a closet on the right and an extra coat closet on the left, as well are our bathroom on the left.
Grant and I love our coffee time and when we found out our espresso machine wasn’t going to fit on the counter, we both loved the idea of a coffee bar!
It’s also great because it allows for lots of extra storage underneath for mugs, napkins, vases, and wine glasses.
The last thing I wanted was to feel crammed and overwhelmed in our small, cozy space.
However, I do love lots of prints and colors!
I tried to incorporate clean, minimalistic pieces with colorful, classic, and timeless pieces that I truly love.
A lot of our knick knacks, ginger jars, vases, and picture frames were either wedding gifts or from my parents. The paintings pictured here were made by my mom!
Grant is currently working from home, so having a space for his desk was crucial for us while looking for an apartment.
The way our layout works offered just the right amount for him to have his “office” while not actually being in the living room.
Plus he has an awesome view!
I love how much y’all are loving the home content! It has been way more fun that I anticipated and we are so happy with how everything turned out.
Obviously, we know that this is not our forever home, but we love a project! I’m already looking forward to the next home to decorate lol 🙂
Thanks for reading!
