The Most Delicious and Refreshing Snack: Grape Salsa

Looking for the perfect, easy, & refreshing snack? This is one of my long-time faves and it only requires 4 ingredients!

Making this really brought me back to my childhood.

It reminds me of hot summer days & relaxing by the pool 🙂

The great thing about this recipe is that you can customize it to your liking!

Ingredients:

  • grapes (if making a large batch, I like to mix purple & green grapes)
  • cilantro
  • minced garlic
  • lime juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

To Make:

  • wash & slice grapes in half (or into fourths if you have the time & like them smaller)
  • wash & chop cilantro
  • fresh lime juice is key! For this small batch I made pictured above, I used all the juice from a whole lime
  • I added about a tablespoon of minced garlic to my batch. Add more or less depending on your liking!
  • mix all ingredients together
  • season to taste with salt and pepper

The most difficult part of this recipe is cutting all of the grapes… however, many hands make light work. My siblings and I would all grab a bunch of grapes and get chopping!
