This journey started about a year ago when I noticed that one of my teeth was significantly more yellow than the others. Not only that, but it felt scratchy and looked veiny. I seriously thought I had a rotten tooth…
I brushed my teeth twice a day with a normal toothbrush, flossed, and used whitening strips fairly often and still I had this unhealthy and decaying look to my tooth.
I was about to make a dentist appointment and see what the deal was because I really was afraid for my teeth. And with the wedding coming up, I wanted to have a bright white smile for that, and just in general.
I had heard the hype about the Quip toothbrush, but I never thought that a toothbrush could make that big of a difference.
Grant had just been to the dentist and they told him to try an electric toothbrush and he was telling me what a difference it had made for him. My sister and brother also have Quips and they like them too.
I just happened to need a new toothbrush anyway, so I made the $40 investment in a Quip toothbrush. And I am SO GLAD I did.

Also, I realize that I am my harshest critic and it really wasn’t the end of the world to not have perfectly white teeth. But, it bothered me a lot. I was self conscious and would always whiten my teeth in pictures with photoshop.

Here is exactly how I did it:
Like I said, the biggest change I made was switching to a Quip toothbrush. The timer setting on it is genius because I know for a fact I have probably never brushed my teeth for a whole 2 minutes in my life. But, with Quip, it vibrates every 30 seconds for 2 minutes so you know how long to brush each section of your mouth.
Secondly, I switched my toothpaste and started using Moon stain removal toothpaste.
Lastly, to go along with that, I use the Moon stain removal stick every morning after I brush my teeth.
That’s the end of my routine! Pretty simple and not super time consuming. But I promise you, it. works. Better than any whitening strips or treatment I’ve ever used (and I’ve used a lot of them)
I hope you found this helpful and let me know if you’ve had a similar situation!
